(CUST) NBSD-3602 MEZZANINE INSTALL SOW/IGE ONLY

NAVFAC PROJECT MAXIMO LOCATION: NBSD-3602, high bay SOW/IGE ONLY Scope of work 1.1 Demolition & Removal (if applicable): o No demo expected for either building. This project is SOW/IGE ONLY to install a mezzanine to support 6-10 Diver Personnel/workstations. Current storage racks/contents will be removed by SWRMC personnel. May require storage provided by contractor for warehouse content for duration of project 1.2 Site Preparation: o May require lift or scaffolding for installation of new lights/relocating existing gas heaters. 1.3 Construction/Repair: o SOW to cover installation of a mezzanine along the connecting wall between the two high bay areas of bldg. 3602. Full dimensions of high bay warehouse (right side) 38'x35'x24'(ceiling) Wall connecting two high bay warehouses is 35'x24' Provide power for workstations Install new LED lighting Provide stairs for access Provide additional egress Provide entry between two high bay areas Provide stairs for far left mezzanine (existing) Modify Fire Suppression for covered space under new mezzanine Modify lighting to provide light under new mezzanine Relocate water line and ice machine currently located in space where new mezzanine is to be installed Relocate/Modify 2 gas heaters 1.4 Impacts to the Base o Minimal impact to base, may require electrical outage but should be isolated to the building.
