NAVFAC PROJECT MAXIMO LOCATION: NBSD-36 Scope of work 1.1 Demolition & Removal (if applicable): o Project to provide a SIPR space, secured storage space (locksmith) and small break room utilizing current records room in Room 104. Demo existing floors Cut opening to lead from new SIPR space into hallway After measuring out Secured Storage space and SIPR space inside current records room, demo remaining walls to open remainder of space to provide a break room tenant will install counters/cabinetry for break room Demo Ceiling tiles/grid system for installation of Hard walled space for SIPR room 1.2 Site Preparation: o KTR to assist with moving of current record storage track system, tenant to remove records. o Aerial Work Platform will be needed for creation of SIPR space hard lid/wall requirement 1.3 Construction/Repair: o Inside Room 104 secured storage room, create space for 1) Secured storage for locksmiths 2) SIPR space and 3) breakroom. Space is to be measured out in order mentioned, Locksmith space requires the housing of equipment this space is priority 1. SIPR space must house computer, small conference table for approx. 4 persons. The remaining space can be opened up to create breakroom . Tenant will install counter/cabinetry. This will require separate lighting circuits for both the locksmith and SIPR spaces as well as modification of current Fire Suppression/Fire Alarm system.
