The CICP is critical in providing CISA with the ability to provide critical infrastructure impact analyses, as well as store and manage communication sector data. CICP enables consistent assessment methodologies, robust analytics, and cross-government sharing of infrastructure data to support data-driven decision-making. It provides a unified interface for accessing integrated tools that support event planning, incident response, and preparedness across all hazards. **This requirement will be competed on the DHS CISA Digital Transformation Support Services (DTSS) multiple-award BPA**
