Cotality - NFIP Geospatial, Replacement Cost Value, and First Floor Height/Structural and Ground Elevation Services and Data

Our IRWA with USDA is not being renewed and the current contract is expiring on May 31, 2026. The National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) program is in need of a 1-year contract for Cotality/Corelogic services that includes the following: Geospatial webservices to geocode the locations of structures. Physical Address based on the geocode result or physical address based on a latitude and longitude. Replacement cost values/estimations for residential and commercial properties as a webservice. Replacement Cost Value Index Factors by county. Structural first floor height as a webservice. Structural ground elevation as a webservice. Due to the short time frame we would like to use the current source until we can come up with a new solution next year.
