Contractor Support Services for Facilities Management

The Federal Protective Service (FPS) requires comprehensive contractor support services for space planning, move planning, occupancy agreement management, build-out/reconfiguration project management, and strategic real estate support for a portfolio of approximately 820,000 square feet of office and warehouse space, in 180 offices with 280 occupancy agreements. Services are required to support the planning of moves for up to 60 offices directly impacted by the disposition of federal buildings through Fiscal Year 2030. In addition to tactical execution, the contractor will provide strategic advisory services to optimize the portfolio, align with long-term FPS goals, and ensure efficient resource utilization. The contractor will also assist in developing Program of Requirements (PORs) and SF-81s (Request for Space forms). While the contractor will not execute the moves, they will focus on detailed planning, including move scenarios, space requirements, and the creation of associated documentation. Additionally, site visits, presentations, space planning analytics, and build-out/reconfiguration project oversight are required to assess, analyze, and effectively communicate findings to FPS leadership and stakeholders.
