The United States Secret Service has a requirement to replace the main entrance Rowley Training Center.
This will include civil work: clearing, grading, paving, striping, fencing and the construction of a new visitor center parking lot. Other items associated with this project include vehicle inspection canopy, guard booth with ID check, active vehicle barriers and the infrastructure required to maintain a secure perimeter for JJRTC.
