Construction Project Management

The Contractor shall provide all labor necessary to provide Construction Project Management and Space Alteration services in accordance with this PWS and the tasks outlined in each Task Order. This contract includes all interior design and furniture consulting; space alteration consulting; and construction management services required and detailed herein to support TSA s facilities. Detailed descriptions of these task areas are outlined below. Individual task orders will be used to assign detailed project specifications. The following activities are provided by separate Contractors and therefore are not included in the scope of this contract: Architect and Engineering Services; Construction General, Contractor, work in place Services; Procurement of Furniture, equipment, or information technology (IT); Relocation or moving of existing staff or operations; and Ongoing facility maintenance and operations
