1. Renovate B4175Cafeteria and C-wing; The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: -B4175 Existing Cafeteria and C-Wing to Offices a. Floor: Remove and replace damaged portions of resilient tiles (VCT) and wall rubber base board; b. Ceiling: Remove and replace damaged portions acoustic Ceiling tiles and reconfigure according to the new lighting layout; c. Provide partition walls and doors for new offices; d. Remove and replace lightings. Provide additional outlets and lightings; e. Provide new telecommunications NIPR drop lines; f. Provide AC units suitable for office room sizes - B4175 Existing Cafeteria and C-Wing to Conference Rooms a. Renovate Men and Women's Restroom Note: 1. Admin Office Space Utilization Study Final COA2 provided the notional modular cubicles arrangement for reference. PDC can adjust modular' accordingly to provide the most efficient floor layout in accordance with the number of personnel Basic Facility requirement (BFR).
