Construct SCIF;EOD, BLDG 760

WIB: 28April 2021: E 2 , MACC, FY22 Retrofit Room 232, Building 760, NSA 2 into a SCIF. Examples of retrofitting can be found at: https://scifsolutions.com/scif options/retrofit scif rooms/ UFC 4 010 05 and NAVFAC ECB 2017 3 (or latest versions) provide guidance. As needed, adjust power and cooling to support 12 workstations, 3 TV's and a conference table along with all required SCIF equipment. Project Justification: SCIF is required for CTF 56 to access JWICS and provide command and control on operational units as well as send and receive intelligence. NECC will provide construction funding in Q3 of FY22. Impact if not completed: CTF 56 will only have accessibility to Secret networks via Open Secret Storage facilities. Following section 1 15.2 of UFC 4 010 05, we will need to use U.S. Top Secret cleared personnel to perform the work.
