CONSTRUCT ARTS GPS SUPPORT FACILITY

Project will demolish 32 ft x 72 ft old facility and will be replace by 32 ft x 118 ft x 12 ft high reinforced concrete building complete with columns and beams, CMU wall, gypsum board wall partitions for 13 office rooms, break room, toilet & shower room, locker, corridor, conference room, ceiling system, reinforced concrete roof and floor slab, BUR system with MREC, door & window assemblies, AHU / PACU concrete pads and fence moving back to accommodate replacement building. Work includes cutting and clearing of vegetation at the back side of the facility and demolition of existing concrete pad.
