Combat Survivor Evader Locator (CSEL)

T provide support to the Combat Survivor Evader Locator (CSEL) Joint Program Office (JPO) leg by the Air Force for the CSEL Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Base Station (UBS) network and communications infrastructure at 747th Communication Squadron (CS) Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (747CS), Hawaii; U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station (NCTS) Sicily, Naval Air Station (NAS) Sigonella Sicily; and the Naval Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMSLANT) Norfolk, Virginia, including upgrades, testing and training. The goal is to maintain a fully operational 24/7 UBS that allows for greater success in survivor/evader recovery.
