COAST GUARD BRIDGE INSPECTION AND MANAGEMENT MANUAL

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, travel, equipment, materials, and services to develop the Coast Guard Bridge Inspection and Management Manual, incorporating the following criteria and procedures: Defining the structure types subject to the program; Establishing and maintaining the CG-owned bridge inventory; Defining minimum personnel qualifications; Specifying inspection procedures and frequencies; Defining load rating, critical findings, and bridge posting procedures; and Establishing procedures for coordination of maintenance, repair, rehabilitation, replacement, new construction, and disposal of bridges.
