CNIC-31, NOE Replace Blower Assembly

WORK SUMMARY: American Mechanical Services will provide labor to replace the failed blower assembly on RTU located at building 31. The Project will provide materials and labor to accomplish the following scope of work: Receive and deliver parts and material needed to complete job. Isolate power to RTU and make it safe to work on. Remove failed Blower assembly from unit and dispose of properly. Install new Blower assembly in RTU and check all alignments. Restore power to unit and perform start up and check all operations. Report all findings to customer. Clean up and remove all debris associated with the work.
