This bridge is required to complete the Cloud Migration, to provide Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) with short-term level 2 and 3 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support to applications within the CISA infrastructure security information technology (IT) systems, and to transition to a successor contract. The government shall timely post a notice in accordance with FAR 5.301 to make the justification publicly available.
