Clothing for UAC & FAMU Donna Holding Facility Soft-Sided Facility

The U.S. Border Patrol (USBP), Rio Grande Valley (RGV) Sector, Donna Processing Facility (DPF), SOFT-SIDE TENT (SSF), is requesting to purchase various clothing items for Non-citizen Unaccompanied Children, (NUC) and Undocumented Non-citizen Family Units (FAMU) of adult and children migrants. The RGV encounters and Farm-in groups are received from Del Rio (DRT) and Laredo (LRT), Texas; and Tucson (TUC) sectors. The clothing items are essential for the health and comfort of the detainees while in USBP custody; and clothing items must be readily available to support processing operations. Clothing items are Infant, Toddler and Youth sizes. The RGV Logistics Supply Warehouse Acquisitions office is responsible for purchasing for RGV stations and departments. Products procured for federal agencies must be in compliance with the Buy American Build America Act of 1993, and per final ruling of October 25, 2022. The items listed herein must meet or be American made products and/or assembled within the approved and acceptable Foreign countries. Products found not meeting the BABA Act of 1993 will not be accepted and Contractor will be liable for expense to pick-up and return product at no charge to government.
