CISA Recruitment Platform

The Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Offfice of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO), manages strategic recruitment and workforce planning, which are crucial for sustaining a highly skilled personnel base as the agency expands. To overcome recruitment challenges, OCHCO intends to implement a career network platform, facilitating connections between recruiters and candidates to support vital national security and infrastructure protection objectives in accordance with the March 19, 2026, CISA memorandum and Executive Orders 14170 and 14356. As such, CISA is seeking to acquire a recruitment platform, Clearance Jobs licenses, career event services, a branding package, and talent sourcing solutions.
