Description
Install a new 32+ ton press in order to eliminate common/frequent down-time and improve upon the capabilities of our existing press as follows: 1. Add a new mounting/adjusting system for more accurate tooling alignment. 2. Increase ram force from 25 tons to 32+ tons. 3. Add integrated load cell for better process control. 4. Add a new updated gravimetric feeding system which will increase the rate of production. 5. Add a new updated control system to eliminate down-time. These upgraded features will improve the quality of pellets produced with smaller tolerance range and increase productivity by reducing down-time.
