CIC 4DV Development Licensing

The 4DV Insight licenses (including ADSB Air, Maritime AIS, and Commercial Telemetry Data add ons), Windward Maritime Alerting API, and associated engineering/development support are required to correlate multiple data sources, visualize geo temporal patterns, and provide timely situational awareness to USBP sectors for identifying and targeting illicit activity. If an award is not accomplished, USBP will face gaps in air and maritime domain awareness, slower and less effective analysis of emerging threats, and a reduced ability to detect, disrupt, and dismantle transnational criminal organizations in support of CBP's mission.
