Description
Replace the port and starboard hangar door systems aboard CGC Healy (WAGB-20) with new, fully functional assemblies that eliminate Foreign Object Debris (FOD) hazards and restore full helicopter hangaring capability. The new doors must fill as much of the hangar opening as possible, use the existing structure, be at least 16 feet wide, accommodate an H-60 helicopter, meet Type 1 door requirements in MIL-DTL-45151 except for sections 3.4.2.5, 3.4.2.6, and 3.4.2.11, operate reliably in Arctic conditions, and be compatible with NAVAIR Certification.
