CF27Q1 B2494 Renovation for NCIS FY24: AE FY25: Construction

The newly acquired Building 2494 on board NAS Patuxent River is a single story, standalone building, with approx. 5,500 SF. NCISRA will be the sole occupant to this building. NCIS prefers the Design-Bid-Build methodology. In order to accommodate NCISRA Pax River's mission, the interior space must be completely renovated with the following space requirements: *Evaluate HVAC system and Mechanical Equipment, Fire Suppression System, Roofing System, Electrical System, and Exterior Wall Structure for any possible repair/replacement/renovation/upgrade requirements; *New floor layout to include: Renovated Bathrooms w/ Showers; Hardened spaces for Interview Rooms, Evidence Room, Armory, OSS, and SCIF; Interview Processing Room, Observation Room, Office Rooms, and Bullpens; Conference Rooms; COMSEC Room; Break Room w/ Kitchenette; IT Closets; Storage Rooms; Waiting Room with Unisex Bathroom. *New Carpet, Tiles, Ceiling Tiles, and Paint; FF&E; ESS that includes IDS and ACS; security fence with security cameras; and fenced secured parking for GOVs.
