This funding will allow the Office of Compounding Quality and Compliance to continue providing an annual conference for outsourcing facility sector and other stakeholders, including state regulators and pharmacy associations, using funding that was provided by Congress specifically for this purpose of developing the outsourcing facility sector. The annual conference has been well received and widely attended every year it has been held. This conference also helps to support education that is critical to patient safety of compounded drugs.
