Demolish existing cooling tower system, including both existing colling towers.
Remove and replace existing cooling tower concrete slab.
Upgrade electrical circuits and system as required for new cooling tower system.
Fabricate and install new structural steel frame for cooling towers.
Remove and replace cooling tower system with newly design system to include: pumps, valves, piping, and cooling towers.
Upgrade existing Building Automation System (BAS) controls system utilizing Johnson Controls (JCI) to accommodate new cooling tower system
Acquisition Strategy: This is a directed 8(a) sole source contract.
