CASREP Repair HVAC and Attic Ventilation in Phase #1 Housing

The purpose of this contract is to repair and restore the HVAC systems and attic ventilation in designated housing units that have been rendered uninhabitable due to mechanical and insulation failures. These failures have resulted in excessive moisture, mold growth, and ceiling collapses, displacing Coast Guard families. The project aims to ensure the safety, habitability, and long-term resilience of the affected housing units by addressing the underlying issues, including HVAC system repairs, insulation replacement, and ventilation improvements, in compliance with applicable safety and building standards.
