Cargo and Conveyance Security (CCS) requires expertise in enterprise strategic planning, digital engagement, advanced analytics, and emerging technology as well as mission expertise across OFO Directorates to enable their leadership in securing and enabling trade across the totality of the mission. CCS is seeking to improve our business model for critical national security mission sets by capitalizing management strategies that are fully integrated in our mission and environments (land, air, and sea). Services will include integrating across a complex and multi-faceted mission, so national security needs are identified and met consistently across 320+ ports of entry and 10 Centers of Excellence and Expertise nationwide. We are seeking a vendor with a comprehensive understanding of the CCS mission operations and priorities.
