Description
The Government seeks to acquire personnel support services for the delivery of canine training aids upon request to the CBP operational canine handlers and canine training centers.
The contractor shall provide appropriate personnel to the LSS Regional Laboratory located in Houston, TX to produce and track canine training aids to meet requests from CBP s nationwide canine programs. The contractor shall provide personnel to support LSS with the production of pseudo and narcotics canine training aids. The primary cost consideration is labor rates. Each potential vendor must clearly itemize what is included in the labor rate. This will ensure a fair comparison based on the Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) and ensure the government s requirements are met. The period of performance requested is for one (1) year base period from date of award, and four (4) one (1) year option periods to commence upon task order award.
