C-SCRM SME Support

The purpose of this contract is to procure a specialized Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the enhancement and expansion of the existing C-SCRM program within FAS/ITC. This engagement directly addresses the urgent need to transition the program from a compliance-based model to a proactive risk-informed enterprise capability as mandated by federal directives such as Executive Order 14028. The contractor will be instrumental in establishing a robust and centralized C-SCRM framework ensuring consistent and comprehensive risk assessments across the Federal Marketplace and integrating forward-leaning security strategies like Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) and AI-driven automation.
