Business System Review (BSR) & Project Management (PM) Support for Research Infrastructure (RI)

Supports oversight of RI. Includes BSRs designed to provide reasonable assurance that the people, processes, and technologies are effective in meeting administrative responsibilities and satisfying federal regulatory requirements including those requirements listed in NSF s BSR Guide and Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide (PAPPG).Includes PM related reviews and support to assess RI cost, schedule, risk, and/or contingency for compliance with guidance from NSF's Research Infrastructure Guide and the Government Accountability Office s (GAO) Cost Estimating and Assessment Guides. Other support could include development of guidance or training.
