Please disregard the estimated solicitation release date below.*** --------------------------------------------------------- The BPIMSS re-compete will be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under OASIS+ SB; Management and Advisory Domain, CLIN 10101. USCIS has a requirement for streamlining and improvement Business Operations and information technology investments. This requirement includes executive consulting, program/project management support, Agile adoption, governance support, and technology integration across the Verification Division (VER) and the Field Operations Directorate). The requirement also includes facilitating cross-functional collaboration among USCIS offices and external agencies, implementing Agile methodologies, and supporting data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the requirement involves facilitating strategic planning, policy and process improvements, and data analytics. USCIS requirement encompasses the following areas: (1) Program and Project Management, (2) Agile Implementation and Facilitation, (3) Business Process Optimization, (4) Operational Readiness and Deployment Support, (5) Data Analytics and Decision Support, (6) Strategic Communications and Change Management, (7) Technology Integration and Testing.
