Business Operations Support

The Contractor will support the planning and execution of CP3 prevention projects and programs across the U.S., operational and strategic planning. supports business process improvements, strategic planning efforts and operations, develop, and track progress against CP3 priorities to include program planning, metrics reporting, development and tracking, the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes and maintenance of a PowerBI based electronic data repository. The Contractor will support the intake and adjudication of grant applications as well as oversights and monitoring of existing grants. The Contractor will provide both analytical and logistical support for Strategic Engagement activities, including meeting and engagement program planning to include Prevention Forums, Speaker Series and other events. The Contractor will provide support for efforts to carry out targeted violence and terrorism prevention activities across the country. Their staff supports the development and implementation of state prevention strategies, efforts to build local prevention networks across the country, monitoring and evaluation, and delivering regional analytical and administrative support to enable federal field staff to advance their work. The Contractor will provide administrative and programmatic support for strategic communications.
