Secondary City Technical Assistance: Support urban planning and design in intermediary cities to catalyze growth, promote efficient land use, and accommodate population growth sustainably. 4. Increased Private Sector Access to Capital: Improve access to finance for MSMEs by identifying high-potential firms ('gazelles') and assisting them in securing necessary capital for productive investments.
