USCIS has a requirement for Budgetary Support Services. The Contractor will support the Budget and Planning Division (BPD) by providing senior-level budgetary fee rule and analysis support services associated with revenue, cost, and budget analysis that include, but are not limited to: activity- based costing/management (ABC/M), fee-for-service calculations, fee rule revenue forecasts, cost estimates, and budget analysis (i.e. cash flow, affordability studies, multi-year spend plan development, long-range financial planning, etc.).
