Bridgeport - Repair building grate fasteners and foundations, glass pane, caulk, ceiling tiles, light fixtures, water intrusion at ceiling and walls, water fountain, screws for drain cover, VAV coils, pre-heat coil, ground loop heat pump, inverter ground fault, electric room door, AMI meter, partition wall, entrance door glass, vent pipe, water damage around door, pump, thermostat in pump house heater, stabilize wiring, gap at wall and main entrance, lightning protection, stack snow diverters, standing seam roof. Repair grounds trees, erosion and stabilization, irrigation, rock, solar pv system (wiring, conduit, panels, framing, racking, and attachment points), T wall, utility cover, brick cap at trash enclosure, drainage at Stanislaus St. Areas affected by construction will be in compliance with applicable ATFP, Fire Suppression, Seismic, Accessibility, ASHRAE, and LEEDs requirements upon completion of the project. Note, this project used to be BP1804M. The scope was slightly updated and BP2021M was created.
