Bldg 440 - Install items in sauna units

Install the following items in sauna units at Bldg #440. 1. Thermometers and time clocks visible to patrons to facilitate self-monitoring; 2. Emergency systems to shut off the equipment automatically when unsafe conditions arise; 3. Controls to shut off the equipment that are easily accessible by patrons in the event of an emergency; and 4. An emergency functioning panic alarm hardware that sounds at the control counter. Required per the CNICINST 1710.3, as well as the DOD Fitness Standards.
