SUPPLEMENTAL SCOPE PER SITE VISIT CONDUCTED ON 8-21-2023 Scope is ranked. 1. HVAC issue: Provide supplemental heating and cooling solution for Rooms 120 and 137. Depending on season, rooms are either too hot or cold. 2. Water drainage issues: Laundry room and kitchen storage tile floors are dealing with water infiltration during spring rain storms. In addition, water will come from floor drain in laundry room and sometime a strong sulfur smell from floor drain in kitchen. 3. Lighting: Current indoor lighting is fluorescent. Upgrade to LED fixtures. 4. Hardware: Door hardware is outdated turn knob style. Upgrade to modern hardware. Hardware scope to include child safety features due to building use.
