SIOP PROJECT RM19-0331
Repair and renovate Building 14 at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (JBPHH). Repair work includes the repair and renovation of building exterior windows which will all be replaced and restored to historic standards up to current optimal efficiency standards. Repair includes removal of deteriorated walls; replacing flooring, and upgrading the existing historic lighting fixtures to LED; repainting; and upgrading fire sprinkler and electrical systems. Construction work includes the addition of interior walls, lighting, electrical power, telecommunications system, and automated access control system, new packaged HVAC systems with SCADA control and installation of an elevator or lift. The project shall comply with the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA) for accessibility as well as other standards and codes. Project will include a elevator lobby with elevator complying with ADA standards. First Floor shops to be repaired for agile shops of various types, providing optimum flexibility , while also providing state of the art shop supervisor offices, training room, showers/lockers, conference rooms, and bathroom.
