Blanket Purchase Agreement for Court Reporting and Transcription Services

The objective of this procurement is to result in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a vendor experienced in working with the Federal Government that can provide the services of both court reporters and transcriptionists. The BPA would be for a base year and four option years to be exercised at the convenience of the Government, based on the availability of funds.E&C conducts AD/CVD investigations and administrative reviews to determine whether goods are being dumped or unfairly subsidized. The parties participating in these proceedings can request that a hearing be held. A hearing provides these parties the opportunity to present arguments before E&C staff, prior to the issuance of a final decision. At these hearings, E&C requires court reporting and transcribing services to document what is discussed during the hearing.
