To provide support personnel for software sustainment of BASS 2.0 (JavelinXL) devices deployed in the USCG fleet, to provide support personnel to perform software and hardware maintenance support for the JavelinXL devices, and the Ares Gateway. To supply and deploy JavelinXL devices, approximately 500 during the ordering period for all USCG units that conduct Maritime Law Enforcement activities, and to supply 1509 replacement cellular phones for the JavelinXL devices.
