Big Bend Sector Alpine Station Fuel Point

The U.S. Customs and Big Bend Sector (BBT) to demolition and upgrade the fuel point located at the Alpine Border Patrol Station (APT) in Alpine, TX 79830. The Alpine Station fuel point only stores gasoline, and the need to increase the capacity as well as modify storage and dispensing capability to dispense diesel to meet the requirement for CPC buses and large commercial fleet of equipment. Prepare the identified area for the installation of a new dual-fuel retail point on a cement pad IAW industry standards. Currently the fuel point includes a leaking above ground storage (AST) which is 35 years old and beyond its life cycle. The Contractor shall demolish and dispose of all the existing fuel point materials except for the FuelMaster management system and prepare the identified area for the installation of a new dual-fuel retail point on a cement pad IAW industry standards and reconfigure the existing FuelMaster or supply new. Currently the fuel point includes a leaking above ground storage (AST) which is 35 years old and beyond its life cycle of 25 years. The Contractor shall provide one single dual fuel 10,000-gallon CONVAULT AST with all supporting required ancillary equipment, to include pumps, sensors, conduit, fuel lines, two (2) retail dispensers, shade canopy, eye wash station, air compressor, pressure washer, electrical, lighting, bollards, etc. The tank shall be dual fuel use providing storage of 2,000 gallons of diesel and 8,000 gallons of gasoline. Acquisition Strategy: This is a directed 8(a) contract vehicle.
