The Contractor shall provide the full range of E3 engineering services to support legacy systems, emerging technologies, and platform development being fielded by DoD. For the purpose of this Contract the term platform refers to any domestic and international; Sea, Air, or Land assets in Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E), new construction, or Life-Cycle phase of service as governing directives permit.
