B411 Furnace Replace

This project will replace the old directional furnaces with a new natural gas fired air rotational, state of the art, energy efficient units. The old units are beyond their usable life and are not energy efficient. Over the past years there have been numerous mechanical issues with the units causing periods of time without proper conditioning of the air in the building. Investigate to determine if the building is required to be dual-fuel per the UGI contract so that they are gas interruptible or if it is on the fixed firm part of the UGI contract.
