Overview
Description
We will need to have a meeting to discuss office space layout, we are open to removing any walls in this space to maximize floor space.
Demolition: want to remove all items that are not reused to include abandoned in place equipment.
Hallway-break room floor: the existing rubberized hallway floor will be removed, bays A-B18, bay C16 to C22. This area was tested by NAVFAC and it did not have asbestos masking or tile. New floor options, epoxy, stained concrete or whatever is approved in the UFC. Looking for something durable and little maintenance. Maybe some type of walk off carpet squares in Bay A18 will be good to keep down dirt in the hallway.
HVAC: New RTU: Direct drive blowers, stainless steel drain pans, hot gas reheat for dehumidification, heat pump, high efficiency, hinged access doors, low leak economizer, convenience outlet, merv 13 filters, air cleaning device like global plasma solutions ionization. Colby performed roof support calculations as part of the structural study.
New supply diffusers aluminum with induction vanes, return diffusers linear slot, no egg crate or small hole grilles.
New equipment will be tied into the existing Siemens building automation controls.
Lunch Room: new RTU heat pump, exhaust.
CAC: New RTU heat pump, if it needs zoned VAV with electric SCR heat.
Office space: New RTU heat pump, zoned VAV with electric SCR heat.
Electric: CAC and office space new electrical panel will be fed from the MDP located in room 210A. New panel will be in Bay B16. CAC Office Space will be fed from the HQ 480V system.
New lighting will be LED with battery backup, new lights will match what we use in HQ spaces.
Ceiling: Any ceiling that is being touched as part of the project will have the insulation removed that is laying the ceiling tile, it is not needed.
