Description
RTU 16 does not need replaced it just needs tied into the existing Trane Tracer computer located in bay B16.
All new RTU's space conditioned need verified they are sized correctly, all need tied into Trane Tracer.
RTU 21 needs replaced and new ductwork, tied into an existing AHU.
RTU 14 needs replaced and ductwork verified it meets the latest UFC.
RTU 12 needs replaced and ductwork verified it meets the latest UFC.
Room 104 needs its own RTU and disconnected from RTU 19.
RTU 23 needs replaced and new zoning system controller and components installed and one additional zone added.
