B-1372 Drainage repair

Bldg 1372 Exterior Southwest Corner adjacent to mechanical room door has poor drainage during heavy rains. Request FEAD develop a scope of work to be performed as a Task Order to the Paving IQ Contract (East Coast) to improve the site drainage in the area which will prevent the potential flooding of the mechanical room. Work will entail excavating a shallow trench/swale from the area of pooling water at the mechanical room door, to the nearest storm drain catch basin, and fill with crushed stone. Also excavate the area under the new refrigerant lines where they enter the mechanical room to expose old buried refrigerant lines to allow them to be cut/capped.
