Aviation Security Screening Equipment

The objective of this project is to enhance aviation security and operational efficiency at select airports in the Pacific by providing screening equipment with modern, state-of-the-art systems. The effort is intended to ensure compliance with current international security standards, support the airports ability to accommodate increasing passenger volumes, and make America safer through higher detection probability at key airports with direct flights to the United States. The selected contractor is expected to deliver aviation security screening equipment to three (3) international (OCONUS) airports; Nadi international Airport (NAN), Nadi, Fiji; Cassidy International Airport (CXI), Kiritimati, Kiribati; and Faleolo International Airport (APW), Apia, Samoa. The contractor will be required to supply all components, ship, deliver, install, and integrate (if applicable), and test and commission the equipment. The contractor will also be required to provide consumables (if applicable); manuals, maintenance guides, and maintenance/testing kits (if applicable); and limited manufacturer equipment operation and maintenance training to local aviation staff.
