Automated Pen Test & Vulnerability Tool

Type: Forecast • Source ID: F2025071622

Overview

Description
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is advancing the connectivity of its Computed Tomography (CT) Unit's Airport Transportation Screening Equipment at security checkpoints. Historically, these screening systems operated as standalone units, isolated from TSA's broader IT and Operational Technology (OT) networks. To enhance operational efficiency and strengthen security monitoring, TSA is integrating these systems into Local Area Networks (LANs) within airport checkpoints. To facilitate this transition, TSA seeks a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) automated penetration testing and vulnerability assessment platform, provisioned on a standalone laptop, with the following features: Perform simultaneous cybersecurity assessments across multiple TSA security systems. Automate penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks. Support both IT and OT environments, including vendor-specific embedded systems. Deliver detailed reporting, risk-based analysis, and actionable remediation guidance. This standalone platform will play a critical role in safeguarding TSA's expanded screening system networks, reducing cyber risks, and maintaining the operational integrity of airport security infrastructure.
