ASA-ALT Financial Analyst Services

To implement and sustain an enterprise-level acquisition and financial management system that can Automates working-level processes within program management offices; Provides real-time access to key programmatic and financial data; Generates automated reports and visualizations to support decision-making; Interfaces with external Army and DoW systems to serve as a centralized data repository; and Adheres to the Army s Data Strategy and cybersecurity requirements. These are done through the Project Management Resource Tool (PMRT) which is comprised of Program Data Alignment Application (PDAA) PMRT Enterprise Analytics (PMRT EA) and the Comprehensive Cost and Requirements (CCaR ).
