Army Research, Technical and Engineering Services (ARTES)

Contractor shall provide scientific research, analysis, design and engineering support at experimental facilities, with a primary location at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD and Adelphi Laboratory Center (ALC), in Adelphi, MD. Additional facilities may include other sites, such as, ARL South (Texas), ARL Central (Illinois), ARL NE (Massachusetts) and ARL West (California), where researchers from DEVCOM ARL are conducting experiments. Specific efforts may include but are not limited to: conducting basic research, applied research and advanced development efforts; analyzing technical data; experimental test planning; conceiving experimental, analytical, and numerical approaches to solve problems; conducting high performance computing simulations; serving as a technical point of contact for DEVCOM ARL on specific projects; composing or authoring technical publications and presentations; and presenting work at technical and programmatic forums.
