Architect/Engineering (AE) Design Services: Recapitalize Waterfront at USCG Station Portsmouth Harbor

This project will require A/E professional services to design and specify various demolition, repair, and recapitalization work for selected waterfront infrastructure. The project will be solicited for construction using design-bid-build contract means. AE professional services are anticipated to include but not be limited to site work; field investigations; supplemental topographic survey; eel grass survey; assessments of existing structures; conceptual design and alternatives evaluation; design; engineering; construction permitting; meetings; the preparation of plans, specifications, and cost estimates; and pre-proposal inquiry (PPI) support.
