APM/DSD- Government Property Management Contract

Government Property Management (GPM) support to the TSA s Acquisition Program Management (APM), Deployment and Sustainment Division (DSD) Operations Branch. This support includes the creation of prompt and accurate property records of all acquired TSE/peripherals, to include identifying the acquisition vehicle (e.g., purchased, loaned, donated, transferred, inventory/miscellaneous gained), acquisition value, and Other Direct Costs (ODC). Modify property records whenever any information changes (e.g. asset serial number, barcodes, description, location, custody, retirement, etc.), or when gaps or inaccuracies are identified during statistical sampling. Maintain source documents in accordance with MD No. 200.7 Records Management & Sunflower/STIP Government Property Management (GPM) database established processes and procedures documents. Uploading financial documents along with additional government paperwork to established I-Shares for the department and Financial Management Division/U.S. Coast Guard so vendor invoices can be paid by the government.
