Description
North Island AMO Building 1480 was built 1988. Due to the age of the facility, all office walls, front entrance, hallway walls, restroom walls and ceiling and breakroom walls are in need interior repairs and new commercial rated interior paint. A major portion of the walls are covered with wallpaper which needs to be removed due to the age and condition of the wallpaper. Additionally, the conference room 4-foot wall paneling, wallpaper, and baseboard need to be removed, and the walls will need to be repaired once wallpaper and wood siding are removed, in addition the cabinets and kitchen sink within the conference room are to be removed and the walls repaired. The gypsum board, CMU walls and ceiling have holes and cracks and need repair. Lastly, all interior wood doors have not been revarnished for over 10 years and are in need of a new varnished clear coat due to wear, chipping and holes.
